Hello!! She can't post her opinion on anything because she's in the middle of a lawsuit, remember? And knowing how all the people who come to these blogs are, she can't post about anything else because some of you people will bring up the lawsuit, or Herren, or WSAR no matter what she wants to talk about.
Good luck Keri! Some of the people who come here have at least half a brain cell and we understand why you can't post your opinions right now.

Now she claims that she can't talk about anything else because other people will bring up the lawsuit. I'm not sure why it's so difficult for Keri to post about unrelated topics and then just ignore people who bring up the lawsuit.
Is it really that difficult for her to talk about other things? How about her exercise routine she claimed to be on. Let's hear stories about how the weight loss is going. That's one topic.

And it isn't only tiring for Keri to read all of the posts with people taking pot shots at her, it's tiring for everyone else too. And if you find other posts that I've written on her blog, you will discover that I am not a big KROD fan--I'm a conservative for one thing--but what's right it right. I honestly believe that Keri was harassed at WSAR and that is unacceptable. Point blank, period. Harassment is wrong and Keri needs to stand up not only for herself, but for all of the other people who have left the radio station due to unfair treatment.

Hi Vicki. Thanks for the response. You seem like a nice lady. Well the court will ultimately decide if this is a legitimate case of harrassment (or) if it's just a case of exaggeration by Keri.
This is one instance where I do wish that Keri was actually a high profile entertainer, because this would be a hoot to watch on Tru Television (formally Court TV ).
I do believe that it is why I keep visiting this blog. When something happens, I am certain one of Keri's friends will post information here first. So I guess I am actually interested in seeing how this whole thing turns out afterall.
John, I made the mistake of trying to listen to your "show". How you think you have any business critiquing anyone, let alone Keri, is beyond me. You need to up your meds. Does your doctor know that you're now stalking people?

I implore each and everyone to contact EVERY member of the City Council. Let them know that you are demanding that they put aside ego's and do what's right for the citizens of Fall River. The police and fire layoffs are of the upmost importance. This should be a no brainer, however, some of them seem to need a push in the right direction.

I spoke with Joan Menard's office yesterday. The office stated that when stimulus money comes into Fall River that the City Council would be the ones that citizens had to watch to insure that any stimulus monies were being spend in appropriate ways. ie. getting back our public safety officers.
We all need to be proactive and not just sit back and complain. Make phone calls, emails, visits to the council meetings. Let the city leaders know what you expect and demand.

Most times when I record a "show", I don't even know what I'm going to talk about 10 minutes prior to show time. Let's see Keri try to be spontaneous. I think we would see a giant fail. When Keri was on the air, she was very spontaneous, she was well prepared, well researched, had excellent and important guests and was always entertaining. Notice I never said I always agreed with her. But I could listen because she is very intellegent and has a great voice that didn't grate on my ears like the present offering. John, you are worse than ameteur. And you couldn't hold a candle to her program. I hope she wins enough money to buy the radio station and goes back on the air.
The reason he'd welcome us over on his blog is that it has NO guest activity (Ok 2 comments from when he started but nothing since). It's kinda sad, really, I'd feel bad if he wasn't a douchebag...he sees a blog that the owner barely maintains (for reasons irrelevant) pull in these hits and he's got something he's worked so hard on, put his heart & soul into, it it just gets totally overlooked because it's shite!

I've heard that these types of cases can go on for years and years before they are settled. Keri sure has a long battle in front of her. I'm betting that she has a mental breakdown long before she even steps into a court room.

As an outsider living nearly 3,000 miles away (but a frequent Fall River visitor who has studied its history - past and present - for 40 years), I have to comment about the postings in this blog.
Keri has not posted one word on this blog since February 11th, advising of her lawsuit with the Karams and Mike Herren. Since that time there have been 119 comments, the vast majority of which are psycho babblings from various Anons, one of which may be Mike Herren or not, several of which may be Herren impersonators, or not, but all sophmoric, ridiculous and often full of petty jealousies. Obviously transparent is that one of these Anons is spinning out of control emotionally because of Keri's February 11th post. Baiting based in fear has yielded zero response from Keri and for that she should be commended.
What really amazes me, however, is that the posters in this thread continue their redundant rages while Fall River goes to hell in a hand basket. I would think with the public safety layoffs, the high unemployment, school closures, increased crime, ethically challenged city officials and a myriad of other community-based issues, the psycho-babblers would have an increased target zone in which to fire off their malicious missives of self-loathing and malcontent.
From an outsider looking in, I see reinforcement of my long-held opinion that the stranglehold of Fall River's community development lies more within the lack of education and civic pride of its residents than the decades long corruption of its shakers and makers.
To those Anons who repeatedly spew their venon on this blog, channel your fear and loathing in a direction that cries out for radical change - i.e., the saving of Fall River. Keri will continue to prosper - but what about YOU and where you live? Between the two, which do you care more about? And do you care enough to effect the change for which your town so critically requires?
What do you mean? Everything is great in Fall River. 2 more years for Bob Correia and long live WSAR and the Karams and whomever they decide to put on the air as long as they follow their directives and don't think too independently like Keri. Bob and Bob know what's best for us and our city, we should continue to blindly follow, everything is fine.

Fact 1: A good deal of the anonymous posts ARE Keri. It's painfully obvious.
Fact 2: This blog has turned out to be more entertaining without her showing her face. Productive? NO. Entertaining, YES. Which proves that she is not even needed on her own blog. That in itself is pretty amusing.
Fact 3: It's Keri's choice to allow anybody to post as Anonymous. If she does not like it she can go into the control panel at any time and only allow registered posters to add their two cents here. But since she doesn't, this leads me to believe that she gets off on this nonsense just as much as the rest of us do. Otherwise she would restrict who can post here. Simple as that.
Fact 4: This blog is a joke. Nothing more than a wall of grafitti. I come here with my can of paint and I spray garbage for no other reason than because I am allowed to. It gives me something to do when I'm bored.

You obviously have not had the pleasure of being invited to The Sky Loung VIP area. Sky Lounge does provide a private room, which is rented out for $350.00... The owners are originally from FR, moved to FL. and returned to open this Restaurant/Lounge.. Hats off to these two young fellows, they are productive citizens.

You are essentially correct. If there wasn't a lawsuit in progress she would still be posting things here. So Herren is controlling her life without even needing to do anything. But this is what keri wants. Therefore this is what keri gets.
It's just a big waste of time if you ask me. Herren will get a little slap on the wrist at the most. The Karams have already sided with him when they called Keri mentally ill in The Providence Journal. For an employer to actually say that in the press is pretty damaging to ones career. That will follow her around for life. She would probably have a better chance at recovering damages over that remark than over Herren yelling at her in the hallway.
For an employer to call her that in the paper is damaging to the employer as well. Any employer knows you can be sued for even giving out a bad reference !! Most companies will only give you the dates of hire. Look it up.
I did look it up and you seem to be correct. I found a site where someone asked about their former employer giving a reference and a bunch of people responded with pretty much the same answer. I've attached it below.

Yes, an employer is allowed to decline to give a reference. In fact, many companies now choose to only gives dates of employment and title and not any information beyond that, because they don't want to open themselves up to a lawsuit over a bad reference.
If Herren is yelling at Keri in hallways, no matter what anyone may think of her, and all he gets is a slap on the wrist, then WSAR deserves the crap that they're going to have to deal with by not only allowing it to happen, but also by quietly supporting it and encouraging it by not doing anything about it.
I can't help but to remark that a certain "Anon" continually posts his venomous psycho-babbling at times that do not conflict with Herren's radio show.
Not one singular post appears on a Monday thru Friday during the broadcast time of Hurricane's Highway.
